Q: My bracelet is dirty from my last camping trip. What can I do to clean it?
A: The bracelets are waterproof, so feel free to wash them with your normal clothes.

Q: There are some frayed edges on the paracord and they seem to be getting worse. Can it be fixed or do I need to get a new bracelet?
A: If you get any frayed edges, you will need to melt them to prevent further fraying. Carefully, hold them under a controlled fire such as a lighter until you see the frayed edges melt onto the rest of the bracelet. Use good judgment; do this procedure at your own risk. The Sport Bracelet Store is not responsible for any damage or injuries caused by this procedure!

Q: I received my bracelet but it is too loose. Can I exchange it?
A: If you are not happy with the size of the bracelet, you can exchange it for a replacement within 30 days of the original purchase, just pay for the additional shipping charges. Please measure your wrist before ordering.

Q: Can you make custom sized bracelets?
A: Yes, we make special sizes for a small additional surcharge. Please note, we don’t accept exchanges on custom sized orders. Measure carefully please! Contact us for special orders.

Q: Can you make the bracelets wider/thicker?
A: Yes, we can make customer adjustments for a small additional surcharge. Please note, we don’t accept exchanges on custom orders. Contact us for special orders.

Q: Can we get bulk discounts?
A: We are happy to offer discounts for fundraising and bulk orders of 20 or more bracelets. Contact us for a quote and specific terms and conditions.
